My mom and dad got the idea to make crepes, which in theory sounds great, but they didn't realize the dough had to be chilled at least 1 hour. So right now we are all starving. All thought mom gave us a good laugh when she misinterpreted the recipe when it said "mix by hand," she thought it was literal...
It's Christmas Eve and today's weather is a "wintry mix" and those from Michigan know what that means. It's going to be ice, snow, rain all together. So last night Mom & Dad decided to shovel the driveway more because this "mix" would've made it even worse. So at midnight Mom, Dad, me and finally Daniel were shoveling the drive. I love Michigan!
We got hit with a huge snow, it was GREAT! I love snow. The news said we were to get 6-10in. My Mom and I think that there was way more. She shoveled once at 7:00am then I got up and helped shovel again at 10:30pm and when I left for work her and Michael were shoveling again.
Phoenix and Callie also loved the snow...they were out playing for a good long while. Phoenix is an "outside" dog. He will do anything as long as he gets to be outside.
